VENUE HIRE

Room Hire Prices as at 8 January 2024

The Flagstone Community Centre (FCC) is available for the community and service providers to use.  There is a process for booking spaces, including current certificate of Public Liability and Risk Assessment Form for Business, Government, For Profit groups and service providers.

Community groups that do not possess Public Liability FCC will be happy to negotiate.

Please note that all new groups and programs must first be approved by the Flagstobne Community Centre Management Committee.

CONSULTING ROOM 1 OR 2

Not For Profit  $30 per hour +GST

For Profit, government, Private $40 per hour +GST

These rooms are slightly bigger than 3.5m x 3m.
Both are decorated beautifully and individually to create a warm, friendly space.
Each room will have a desk and work chair, two comfortable chairs, a coffee table, bookshelf, plants and wall hangings. 
Suitable for small meetings, counselling, consultations.
There is a common waiting area for waiting clients and families, and break out space if needed.

 

LARGE CONSULTING ROOM

Not For Profit $40 per hour +GST

For Profit, Government, Private $50 per hour +GST

This is an extra-large room (4.5m x 4m). 
Hiring this room will give access to the ensuite – so full bathroom facilities for washing hands.
The room is decorated beautifully to create a warm, friendly space.
It has a desk, office chair, comfortable chairs, a coffee table, bookshelf, change table, toy box, toys, plants and wall hangings.
Suitable for child and family health, health consultations, consultations, family meetings.
There is a common waiting area for waiting clients and families, and break out space if needed.

 COMMUNITY SPACE 1 (MAIN SPACE)

Not for Profit $40 per hour +GST

For Profit, Government, Private $50 per hour +GST

This is a large space 6m x 5m. 
You can have this space configured to suit your needs – tables and chairs, doors to the outside area opened or closed, no furniture … just let us know and we will organise for you.  AV includes a smart TV (suitable for computers to be plugged straight in) or data projector.  White boards and pens available, plus a lectern.  The room has plants and wall hangings.

COMMUNITY SPACE 2

Not For Profit $25 per hour +GST

For Profit, Government, Private $35 per hour +GST

A space is 5m x 3.5m – suitable for meetings.
There will be a table and chairs permanently in this space, but as with everything, spaces are flexible if you have different requirements.
AV, white board, pens and lectern available.  
The room has plants and wall hangings.

Deck/Outdoor

Not For Profit $25 per hour

For Profit, Government, Private $35 +GST

This is the Alfresco space.  Although currently temporary furnishings, there will be a permanent outdoor table and chairs, and there is a permanent bar-b-que built in that can be used at any time.
The area goes out onto a grasses area, so also suitable for a larger gathering.  The doors to the outside are bifold, so this area can be booked with the other two community spaces.

 

Garage

Not for Profit $40 per hour +GST

For Profit, Government, Private $50 per hour +GST

This is the largest of the community spaces available – 6m x 6m. 
The garage has sliding doors out to Trailblazer Drive.  This space has carpet on the floor, and its own air-conditioning unit.  There are many power points and data points in the garage.  The setting out for this space is very flexible.  Tables and chairs available, or clear the space out to use the floor for activities. 
AV, data projector, white boards and pens available and a lectern available.  The room has plants and wall hangings.

KITCHEN

Included in Room Hire

All providers and community groups will have access to the common kitchen.  Tea, coffee and biscuits will always be available.  There is a large communal fridge / freezer. 
Although catering will have to be brought in, there will be crockery, cutlery, glasses and so on for 40 people.
Service Providers are welcome to take up some space in the kitchen cupboards, so staff don’ have to bring personal food each day.
Alternatively, you can use the kitchen for cooking classes or as part of your activity.
