FAMILY DRUG SUPPORT SERVICE
Supporting families affected by alcohol and drugs
Expressions of interest sought
We have been approached by Family Drug Support to see if we have the need to offer family drug support services / workshops from the Flagstone Community Centre.
(This would be a support group / series of workshops to support family members who are hurting because of the addictions of loved ones—children, parents or others.)
Workshop sessions could include Stages of Change, Alcohol and other Drug Information, Effective Communication, What to Expect from Treatment, Boundary Setting and Dealing with Conflict and Families and Ice.
These could be run at night, on the weekend or during the day, depending on the need. If you would find this service useful, need support or want to find out more, please contact Susan at the Flagstone Community Centre.
